Order Processing Once your payment is confirmed, our team gets your order ready for dispatch. This step covers:

Delivery After processing, your order travels with a trusted U.S. carrier.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages If your package is late, shows as lost, or arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days of the latest tracking update or delivery notice. We will investigate with the carrier and, when appropriate, send a replacement or refund under our Returns and Refund Policy.
